Return Policy

We operate a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exact original condition. This requires the item to be unused, unmounted, with all original tags attached, and in its undamaged original packaging. Given the natural wood components of our products, any items showing signs of handling, scent activation, or opened seals will be deemed ineligible for return. A valid proof of purchase is mandatory.

Return Process & Costs To initiate a return, you must first contact us at zakelijk@geupel.nl.

  • Shipping Expenses: All costs associated with the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Liability: The customer assumes all risk for the return shipment until it is physically received and signed for at our designated address (Prins Mauritslaan 28). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance; we cannot guarantee or process refunds for items lost or damaged during transit.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on items where the protective seal has been broken for hygiene and quality reasons. Additionally, items purchased on sale or via gift cards are strictly non-returnable.

Inspection and Refunds Upon receipt, your return will undergo a thorough quality inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is any suspicion that the product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days.
