1. Order Processing
We dispatch all orders the same day they're placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Your order will be handed over to our carrier within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.
2. Delivery to Ireland
Standard delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates — occasional delays due to carrier schedules or customs clearance may occur, though this is rare.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard delivery costs €3.95. Shipping is free on all orders over €30 — no discount code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking link for real-time updates.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Once a package has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect address entry are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
